The precautions taken by our hotel regarding COVID-19 are as follows.
- Social distance is 1.5 meters in all areas.
- There are alcohol-based hand sanitizer / disinfectant in all general areas.
- Protective clothing, equipment and face masks are available at the entrance.
- Suitcases will be carried by bellboy for the risk of contamination.
- Information about the places where the guests have been in the last 14 days, if any chronic diseases, and they have had COVID-19 before is recorded.
- Isolation areas have been determined in the hotel in case of emergency (if symptom or suspicious case is detected).
- Disinfection processes are carried out after each guest use of all areas, materials and equipment.
- Guests, staff and visitors fever measurements are recorded and monitored at the entrance.
- People who stay in the same room (family etc) are considered as a group in the conditions of social distance rules.
- Regarding Covid-19 and hygiene practices; information were created in all areas and hung in 3 languages.
- Shampoo, soap, shower cap, glasses, plates, cutlery etc. in guest rooms are available for single use only. And in the restaurant; salt, pepper, napkin, colonial tissues on the table are available for single use.
- The open buffets are covered with plexiglass and the meals you choose are served by the staff.
- Chlorine levels of swimming pools are periodically measured and recorded and checked
- Cleaning practices are recorded and verified in all units.
- Adaptation of the shops(in the hotel) to the necessary hygiene rules was ensured.
- All employees have the Hygiene Training Certificate.
- All our employees have been trained about the plans and protocols regarding COVID-19.
- Seating plan has been created for hotel transport vehicles in accordance the social distancing rules.
- There are face masks, hand sanitizer for the guests in hotel vehicles.
- Cleaning of surfaces such as seat, door handle etc vehicles before each service.
- In case of emergencies and if patients, symptoms or suspicious cases are detected, an intervention plan has been prepared. Information is provided to the Ministry of Health ALO 184 Coronavirus Hotline.
- The information of the people and institutions to be reached for emergencies was shared in all places.
- Grey waste boxes are placed in customer and staff areas; these boxes are only for materials such as masks and gloves.
